For our last event of 2025 we are bringing back Mary Logue and her partner Pete Hautman to discuss their middle grade novels, both releasing on 10/29/25. 

Mary Logue's Dreki: My Icelandic Dragon is a beautiful middle-grade novel that perfectly illuminates the relationship between grandparent and grandchild. Pete Hautman's Answers to Dog is a heartfelt coming-of-age multiple point-of-view middle grade novel where half the story is told from the dog's perspective. Hautman's affinity and sense of place and love for the Minnesota landscape shines through every page. This book is a perfect read for boys, parents, and lovers of dogs.
