This month Andrea Gerrard, Integrative Grief Guide, will join us to discuss Holding on & Letting Go: Navigating the Aging Parent Journey.
Andrea was so fortunate to care for her amazing parents through the years when their lives began to change. Nobody tells us how to navigate the inevitable journey of walking with our parents into their final chapter of their lives. It can be such a tender time of life for both the adult children and parents. She will discuss the grief associated with this time of life, and how to navigate it, along with supporting one another.
